Since 1995, we have specialized in the production of military guidons, organizational flags, campaign and battle streamers, embroidered patches, name tapes, and custom ceremonial products for military units, government organizations, schools, public-safety agencies, and individual customers.

For more than three decades, our focus has remained simple: quality workmanship, attention to detail, dependable service, and respect for military tradition.

Custom and non-regulation products are manufactured according to customer-provided requirements and approved artwork.

DODGuidons manufactures a wide selection of organizational flags, ceremonial flags, campaign streamers, battle streamers, unit award streamers, and custom presentation products.

Our capabilities include embroidered, appliquéd, sewn, and digitally produced designs depending on the requirements of the individual product.

For regulation products, we work from the applicable specifications and information provided with the order.

For custom products, we manufacture according to customer-approved artwork and specifications.

CUSTOM DESIGN & ARTWORK

Have an idea but no production-ready artwork?

We can help.

Customers may provide a photograph, sketch, existing patch, unit insignia, logo, digital file, or description of the desired product.

When artwork approval is required, our design team prepares a digital representation for customer review before production.

Customers should carefully review:

  • Spelling

  • Unit designations

  • Numbers

  • Lettering

  • Colors

  • Logos

  • Insignia

  • Dimensions

  • Layout

  • Placement

Once artwork is approved, production may begin. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

REGULATION & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

We understand the importance of distinguishing between a regulation product and a custom product.

When a product is ordered as a regulation item, we manufacture it with reference to the applicable specifications for that product.

Depending on the product and service branch, these may include guidance such as:

  • AR 840-10 — U.S. Army

  • Applicable Department of the Air Force guidance

  • Applicable U.S. Marine Corps guidance

  • NTP 13(B) — U.S. Navy

Military regulations and specifications may change. Customers with a specific regulatory requirement should identify that requirement when placing the order.

Custom, commemorative, gift, morale, presentation, and non-regulation products are manufactured according to customer-approved artwork and specifications and should not be assumed to be regulation items unless specifically identified as such.

MANUFACTURING IN EL PASO, TEXAS

DODGuidons operates from El Paso, Texas, a community with a long military tradition and a close relationship with Fort Bliss and the Armed Forces.

Our in-house capabilities include custom embroidery, sewing, artwork preparation, laser engraving and marking, sublimation, and other production processes.

By maintaining key production capabilities in-house, we are able to closely monitor workmanship throughout the manufacturing process.

Certain materials, components, blanks, hardware, or specialty products may be sourced from outside manufacturers or suppliers depending on product requirements and availability.

QUALITY CONTROL

Custom manufacturing requires attention at every stage.

Depending on the product, an order may move through several production steps:

Design → Artwork Approval → Material Preparation → Embroidery/Production → Sewing/Assembly → Quality Inspection → Shipping

Before shipment, completed products are inspected for workmanship and conformity with the approved artwork and applicable order specifications.

If we confirm a manufacturing or production error for which DODGuidons is responsible, we will work with the customer on an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Most orders are produced within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on:

  • Product complexity

  • Current production volume

  • Material availability

  • Artwork requirements

  • Customer approval time

  • Quantity

Custom or unusually complex products may require additional production time.

Production time is separate from shipping or carrier transit time.

Customers with a ceremony, change of command, retirement, graduation, deployment, presentation, or other required in-hand date should contact us as early as possible.

RUSH ORDERS & EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We understand that military ceremonies and operational requirements do not always provide much lead time.

Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

If you have a firm in-hand date, contact us before ordering so we can determine whether your requested schedule can be accommodated.

Please remember that expedited shipping does not automatically mean expedited production. Rush production and expedited carrier service are separate.

A requested in-hand date is not guaranteed unless DODGuidons expressly confirms the commitment in writing.

GOVERNMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL PURCHASING

DODGuidons works with military units, federal agencies, state and local government organizations, schools, ROTC/JROTC programs, police and fire departments, and other institutional customers.

We can assist with:

APO, FPO & DPO SHIPPING

We proudly ship to military customers worldwide through APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Transit times to military addresses vary depending on destination and military postal operations.

Tracking information is provided when available for the selected shipping service.
