GUIDONS FLAGS & STREAMERS

Q: Are your guidons made to military specifications?
A: Yes. Guidons are crafted to meet official specifications, such as:

  • AR 840-10, for U.S. Army Guidons.
  • MCO P10520.3B for USMC Guidons.
  • AFI 34-1201 for U.S. Air Force Guidons.
  • NTP 13(B) for U.S. Navy

Q: Can I customize my guidon or flag?
A: Absolutely. You can upload artwork or provide unit details. Our design team will translate your concept from paper to fabric. 

Q: Do you offer framed guidons?
A: We do not offer framing, but we do make them in various sizes depending on your requirements.

Q: What is the production time for a guidon?
A: Average production time is 7 days; however, we can process urgent requests. Please email or 915-701-7845 call us for more detailed information.

PATCHES AND NAME TAPES

Q: I don't see the patch I need.
A: Please email us with the patch information you are looking for.

Q: Can I request custom embroidery or patches?
A: Yes. We offer custom embroidered patches, name tapes, and unit insignia. Just upload your design or contact us for help formatting your request.

Q: What type of backing options are available?
A: We offer standard sew-on and hook-and-loop backing for most embroidered items.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and production volume. Custom items may take longer.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we proudly ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses worldwide.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, once your order ships, an email will be sent with a tracking number and estimated delivery window.

Q: Can you overnight and order?
A: Yes, please place the order via email or over the 915-701-7845. Our website does not process express shipping. 

Payments & Tax

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We do not charge sales tax or charge any additional fees. The Price you see is the price you pay. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and government purchasing cards (GPC). Secure checkout is powered by SSL encryption.
If you require Tier One Credit Card Processing, please email your order. We use Heartland NMI for Military Tier One. Website purchase will be processed by QuickBooks. 915 Synergy DODGuidons will show in your credit card statement.
