SHIPPING POLICY
We will only ship with a tracking number, it keeps everything transparent you can view when we shipped and when the post office delivers. USPS Charges extra for tracking number but we think it is worth it.
Each patch is individually made at our shop, although next-generation embroidery equipment is used, some minor production differences might be distinct in each patch. No two pieces are 100% identical. Fabric might shrink or pull during, and after production so please take into consideration that measurements might be off by up to 1/8 of an inch or so.
